Terms & Conditions

  • Rhythm Academy SCIO (RAS) is not responsible for any loss or injury during class.
  • Please ensure all belongings are clearly marked with your child's name.
  • Rhythm Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare any medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing rhythm.academy@outlook.com.
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing rhythm.academy@outlook.com.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid-for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of contagious illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • Refunds are not issued in case of your child's absence; this is industry standard.
  • Classes are not offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.
  • No payments are collected automatically. It is your responsibility to pay invoices when they are due.
  • In the very unlikely scenario that classes have to be cancelled by Rhythm Academy, there will be a catch-up session offered as soon as is practicable, or payment will be carried forward to cover a class in the new term.
  • You agree to your child remaining part of the class on an ongoing basis when you book a block. If your child chooses to leave the class this must be notified in writing to the class teacher by emailing rhythm.academy@outlook.com
