Terms & Conditions

  • Rhythm Academy SCIO (RAS) is not responsible for any loss or injury during class.
  • Please ensure all belongings are clearly marked with your child's name.
  • Rhythm Academy SCIO reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare any medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing rhythm.academy@outlook.com AND ensuring you have updated the register on ClassforKids
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing rhythm.academy@outlook.com.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid-for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of contagious illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • Refunds are not issued in case of your child's absence; this is industry standard.
  • Classes are not offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.
  • Subscription payment classes are collected automatically on the 1st of the month.
  • If your payment fails, you will be notified by Class for Kids and payment will be reattempted on the 3rd and the 9th, after which your payment is treated as defaulted and your child's space in that class will be revoked. If you do not wish to lose the space, an administrative fee will be added to your payments to cover the recoup attempts and the re-assignment of the subscription.
  • In the unlikely scenario that classes have to be cancelled by Rhythm Academy, arrangements will be made as soon as practicable to either catch up the class, or refunds may be issued if there is no feasible alternative.
  • You agree to your child remaining part of the class on an ongoing basis whether you book a "block" payment class, or sign up for a subscription payment class. If your child chooses to leave the class this must be notified in writing to the class teacher by emailing rhythm.academy@outlook.com. See below for notice period:
  • If you wish to remove your child from class you must give a month's notice and make payment for the next month.
