Please ensure all belongings are clearly marked with your child's name.
Rhythm Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare any medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing rhythm.academy@outlook.com.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing rhythm.academy@outlook.com.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid-for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of contagious illness within 48 hours of the class.
Refunds are not issued in case of your child's absence; this is industry standard.
Classes are not offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.
No payments are collected automatically. It is your responsibility to pay invoices when they are due.
In the very unlikely scenario that classes have to be cancelled by Rhythm Academy, there will be a catch-up session offered as soon as is practicable, or payment will be carried forward to cover a class in the new term.
You agree to your child remaining part of the class on an ongoing basis when you book a block. If your child chooses to leave the class this must be notified in writing to the class teacher by emailing rhythm.academy@outlook.com
